Self Care
Self-care is an investment for your mind, body, and soul. Sometimes it’s called self-love, it is not selfishness. It produces positive energy which improves self-esteem and confidence. Self-care is more than spa days and face masks, it requires that you make yourself important than anything.
🔴Our mind, body, and soul need to reenergize, rejuvenate and rest otherwise we are of no use to our families at least not our best self.
🔵 What I do is, pray in the night time peacefully to meditate myself or recite tasbeehat, listening recitation of Quran and especially Surah Rahman, reading of a book, eat my favourite chocolate or dessert, a date with husband in the morning while kids are in school, visit to spa for a good massage, writing a journal ( most important tip for self-care) and I recall my good memories.
